Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — transformer of electricity have blasted due to heavy voltage

Dear sir/mam
I am the resident of the village dubaval, rupaideeha, gonda recently around 4 days back our village electricity transformer have catched fire and our transformer have blasted due to heavy volatage, and now our village has no electricity. So i kindly request you take some action on this matter and replace the transformer as soon possible.

I am T verma and our Electricity account is [protected] in UPPCL Urban, now we have paid a bill rs 2930/ on 10th feb 2019 through AMAZON .IN and our account debited but bill is still showing outstanding, pl resolve the matter
