Dear sir

For your information that i have deposited the payment for electricity bill m/o feb'19 via payzapp (Hdfc) by 07.02.19 for rs 1183/- but till date it's showing outstanding

We are call to customer care but he is not responding well & they disconnecting my call. Please update the same on uppcl site

Today(09.02.19 16:52pm), i call on customer care (Mr Rahul). i am so surprise his talking behaviour was very rude & he disconnect the phone call without my solution. I think customer care prime work is customer satisfaction while Mr Rahul is not taking granted for it & no provide any resolution.
