Dear Sir/Mam,
I have electricity account number but Madhotanda Bijli ghar did not installed the meter at my home.
UPPCL Complaint No. MV[protected] on 11th Oct 2020,
Amount was 2976/- on 11th Oct 2020, today it has become 5238/- on 31st Oct 2020.
When I complained about the wrong bill on 11th Oct 2020 I have informed from Madhyantar Vidyut Nigam-[protected] that the wrong amount 2976/- will be resolved within 15 days and till 15 days I called so many times and they told same it will be resolved within 15 days.
but today(31st Oct 2020) when I called again to Madhyantar Vidyut Nigam-[protected], One of customer care person is telling you need to pay this amount 5238/-.
So here is the questions:
1. Why should I pay if meter is not installed and not consumed electricity.
2. Why Customer care people have different - different information like 1 person is telling it will be resolved within 15 days no need to pay, and other person is telling you need to pay 5238/-
Kindly resolve my problem asap.
