महोदय, मेरे फ्लैट स.C-2/12 अरावली शताब्दी नगर सुलभ आवास योजना पनकी, कानपुर मेंं दिनांक 29/10/2020 को prepaid स्मार्ट मीटर लगाया गया हैं। prepaid स्मार्ट मीटर को online recharge करना चाहता हूँ किन्तु जब www.kesco.co.in पर prepaid smart meter recharge option पर जाता हूँ तो यहाँ पर यह दर्शाता है कि Please Enter Valid Smart Prepaid Account Number.
इस कारण मीटर का रिचार्ज नहीं हो पा रहा हैं।
कृपया ACCOUNT NO. [protected] को तत्काल प्रभाव से active कीजिए ताकि मेरी समस्या का निवारण हो सके।

      Dear sir
      I would like to inform you that my meter is not working for the last 2 months. There has been no meter reading and therefore i am not getting any electricity bill.
      i also complaint to company but they only register my complaint since last 2 month but no solution till now.
      Under the circumstances, I request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be a correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared thereof.

      So, I request you to look into matter as soon as possible and install a new meter immediately.

        In front of my house the poll has been fallen for a year long duration. no one is trying to get it fixed and install new electricity poll .it has great risk to life and property. The wires are running and hanging in front of my house gate. Kindly get us a new electricity poll installed.thankyou

            For electric pole damage ( in front of house no. E - 861 pratap vihar ghaziabad ) due to rust .
            So that it is very risky . It is in very dangerous stage . Please try to repair it or replace it as soon as possible.

                Without Meter Electricity Bill Generated

                Dear Sir/Mam,

                I have electricity account number but Madhotanda Bijli ghar did not installed the meter at my home.

                UPPCL Complaint No. MV[protected] on 11th Oct 2020,
                Amount was 2976/- on 11th Oct 2020, today it has become 5238/- on 31st Oct 2020.

                When I complained about the wrong bill on 11th Oct 2020 I have informed from Madhyantar Vidyut Nigam-[protected] that the wrong amount 2976/-...

                Removing old electric pole

                Hi,

                I want to request the concerned authority to please remove an old electric pole which is right at the turn of a very narrow passage. It causes difficulty for vehicles to turn. Also that pole is barely standing. It is tilted and is standing only with a support of a wall which is very dangerous. If I crashed down it might cost lives of people who will be crossing that narrow passage.

                    This is for your kind information that I RAKESH KUMAR (Account No.:[protected] S/o Budh Singh, resident of Village-Sahawali, Post New-Mandi, Distt.-Muzaffarnagar is a consumer o[censored]PPCL. In the current month, UPPCL issued a Electricity Consumption Bill No.[protected] for the period starting from[protected] & ending with[protected] with some arrear amount for Rs.- 8, 717.00/-. Due date for this month bill was 18.10.2020 without LPS & disconnection date was[protected] which is mentioned clearly in Electricity Bill.
                    But Sir this is very much unfortunate that my Cable for electricity supply got disconnected by the Electricity Department as on[protected], before the date mentioned in Departmental Electricity Bill cum Disconnection Notice issued to me, on instruction UPPCL jurisdiction official & some their supporter in village. Therefore the electricity supply of my home is stopped & my innocent family suffers for inconvenience. Many similar issues in came to my knowledge and list of some people mentioned later in this draft.
                    Sir, In my village many people have an departmental dues exceeding to my, but no courses of action is initiated against them because of personal understanding o[censored]ttam Kumar ( J.E. ) with them. List is hereunder for your reference.

                      This is to inform you that i'm Nishank Paliwal residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that one electric pole is fixed near my house touching the house wall and railing of balcony. In rainy season it becomes so dangerous that we can feel the earthing in entire house water supply. On 24th Oct, 2020(today's date) survived the electric shock when he touched the balcony railing, it was so brutal that he got his tongue and lips bleeding.
                      Request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.

                        Kindly sort out the problem o[censored]s, the residents of D-6 Block, P.W.D. Colony, Rajendra Nagar, Lucknow regarding the residents of houses from D-1, D-2, D-3, D-5, D-6, D-7 & D-8 as the wire, coming from the main pole, supplying electricity to all these referred homes, gets broken & tied many a times at regular intervals, creating high-tension, leading to life danger of anyone getting in contact to the risk prone area.

                            I have applied for New Electricity Connection (Jhatpat Connection) and paid the fees of Rs. 118.0 through BHIM App, the app is showing paid and the amount is deducted from my bank account but on UPPCL website it's not reflecting.
                            I am also contacted with bank and they said that both payment was successful.

                            I am also attaching the document payment status. Without that I am not able to proceed to next step.

                            Please resolve this query ASAP.

                              i applied a New meter connection with application no-[protected] and i did the all necessary process and payment has been done before 10 to 15 days and i gave the 12-Oct-2020 to 14-Oct-2020 for Meter installation date but still there is no update available on site.

Kandhla Dehat PO Kandhla Near Police Station Kandhla, District Shamli UP - 247775. which are spread throughout to the walls and terrace too. Which are inviting to anonymous accident and become a cause of causalities.
                                    So I kindly request you please arrange to install a Cable connector box on the top of said Electric Pole to avoid such untoward.
                                    If an accident occurs, the department will be fully responsible for the same.
