I had booked a journey from Prayagraj to Gorakhpur on 15 March 2022 but on reaching the bus stand on the scheduled time it was known that there is no bus on that time.
So i complained about this issue on online helpline number o[censored]PSRTC.
They suggested me to mail the issue for refund. I had done it but there is no reply from them neither my refund has been processed.
Its been about 15 days but there is no action taken on my issue
Kindly look into this and solve my issue
