Sir, I was booking a Volvo ticket from UPSRTC site on[protected] through SBIDebit Card from bareilly to Anand Bihar termnl from your online site.Transaction hanged in the end and ticket was not booked. But my SBI ac no [protected] debited. I again booked the ticket. I have not get refunded the amount till today. Pls look into the matter and refund my amount. Txn I'ds are 21388682 and 21385581 as told by Atom technology your payment gateway.

Dear sir,
Travelling from GONda to faizabad by bus no. UP42AT9026 CONDUCTOR refusing to accept 500 old note as told this is upper mgmt authority order.

Same day travel in another bus but no such information received by that conductor.

Sir, i am coming bareilly from lucknow with seat no 24 & 25 with my friend in bus no 2730 on 03 january 2017. I have lost my purse at bareilly station (satellite bus stand) please provude me bus driver detail as earlier as possible ti contact him. Please accord priority.
