I choose to make online payment to get the ticket from conductor by scanning the QR code in the ticket machine. However money was deducted from the account but ticket not received. Conductor asked me to pay cash and stated that i will get the money back in my account.
I have spoken to the bank but they confirmed that payment was successful and credited to merchant account.
Payment amount was ₹775. Kindly refund the money.
