Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Amount debited from account but tickets not booked

I tried to book 5 tickets from Farrukhabad to Delhi (Kaushambi) on 23.08.2020 ( in morning).

Amount: 2875 was debited twice (try to book again once 1st try failed) but both time, amount was debited from account but no ticket booked.
