Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Amount deducted from upi but ticket was not issued

I payed through upi for a bus ticket from kausambi to Bareilly on 22 jan 2023 for a Janrath bus departing at 6:00 a.m. The amount was deducted from upi but conductor said that ticket could not be generated. So instead he issued manual tickets for us via cash payment. I have not recieved the refund for the amount deducted from upi. Kindly help to process the refund +2 photos Was this information helpful?
