Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — balance deduction

I want to inform you that my name is kamleshwar kumar verma and my open card id is blibl[protected][protected]).
In the october 2019 i got my card balance is deducted near about 1700 rs (Seventeen thousand). And i am unable to check my balance online.
Sir please, check this matter & try to return my balance.
