Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Balance has been deducted on 25th August, 2020 but the ticket is not booked

I have tried to book the tickets two times. The amount has been deducted but the ticket is not generated and the total amount of 3236 has been deducted.
Please help me to get the refund of that.
