Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — bus conductor or bus stand chandausi incharge behavior so rude.

I m complaining about at bus no up78fn5428 kaushambi depot, i was seating from bisauli to pilkhua at 6:00 am, conductor told me that at this bus there is no stoppage at chandausi bus stand so you have to take ticket for pilkhwa that is rs 179/-. But he stopped this bus at chandausi bus stand and pass a new bus od delhi and i tell him to chenge my bus to new bus but he doesn't do this and i told to chandausi bus stand incharge, both are very roundly behavior to me so please clear what can i do. Because of this can't attend my duty on time.
Kindly clarify my issue
