I am writing this with regards to the bus ticket booking made on 19th march, 2019 from delhi (Dli) to kanpur (Kidwai nagar depot) at 11:00 p. M.ac 3x2.
The details of the booking are as follows:

The bus was scheduled to arrive at 11:00p. M. At the enquiry counter they kept on saying that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes. However, the bus didn't arrive until 2:30 a. M. After this time i went home and didn't complete my journey since i was very tired already. I would request you to initiate a refund of inr 1514 for my ticket and also compensate me for the inconvenience.
