I had a booking of a seat in a bus name scania multi axe, ticket no.[protected] pnr no. -:xalm[protected], boarding from gorakhpur to lucknow on 1/ july/2018 and i have got to know that it has been cancelled and neither i got any cancellation message yet and nor i got any refund status of my cancelled ticket.

I want a refund as i was unable to take bus due to some work.I booked an ac shatabdi bus ticket from dehradun to moradabad which costed me around 416rs. I’ve sent mail to upsrtc but they didn’t respond.Very careless and unsupportive behaviour. Im attaching e-ticket for more information.kindly go through this complaint and help me.

This is unfair, they cancelled the bus and even doesn't inform the passengers about the cancellation.
Not good USRTC.
Kindly Refund my full payment.
