I booked janrath on 4th march 2016, bus timing bus 9:30 pm.Due to traffice, I was late.I reached at 9:37.
I didn't get any call from driver that I am late and how much time you will get to reach.
My Rs 371 wasted because of driver and upsrtc services.I went to upsrtc enquiry counter but they didnt help.So please refund my money back or improve your service.

I APPLIED FOR MST ONLINE BUT AFTER I MADE THE PAYMENT THE NEXT PAGE DIDNT LOAD AND MY TRANSACTION HANGED IN MIDDLE. WHEN WILL I GET THE REFUND????
