Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Didn't receive refund of a failed transaction

I was trying to book a ticket on 30 October, 2022 and while booking for a seat 812 rupees for ticket got deducted at 1:07 pm but transaction got failed and seat was not booked, i booked the same seat at 1:23 pm and money was deducted again and the previous amount was not refunded.i tried calling customer care with no success, i want refund and attaching Google pay proofs.
