I was traveling in the above mentioned bus My PNR No. PRNR[protected] from KSB to PRNR but driver left me at 3:55 on Asam Road Chauraha instead of Railway Station Chauraha, when i asked him to drop at the exact stoppage he started argument and said bus won't go there and everyone need to stop here only. There were no conveyance there.. i am still waiting for rickshaw or something to go to the station.

I was traveling in the above mentioned bus my pnr no. Prnr[protected] from ksb to prnr, 05 to 06 passengers were allowed to sit in the bus by driver n conductor near gola at approx 3:00 am, was it really safe? There were many lady passengers, they may harm us or they could have start snatching or something like that. I want to complaint against the driver and conductor both.

I was traveling in the above mentioned bus My PNR No. PRNR[protected] from KSB to PRNR. I want to inform the concerned that one water bottle of 600 ml is allowed to each passenger in the bus but conductor never use to give us the water.. in case if you go to the conductor and ask for water then only he use to give otherwise you need to purchase it by your self.. and this is not the first time today also this happened with us. Kindly take some strict action for this .
