Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Facing problem for availing the facility of Divyangjan zero fastag

I am 100% visually impaired. Last year in december 2022 I brought a car registered with my own name and as per goverment scheme I should get a facility of Divyangjan zero fastag but the transport deparment of Mahanagar lucknow says that there is no such circular for as such facility for visually impaired person and they do not modify my R.C. I kindly request you to go throgh my matter and resolve it.
