Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — I have booked the bus. But haven't received any details regarding bus or driver

I have booked a ticket from azamgarh to prayagraj in rapti nagar depot. I haven't received any update regarding the bus, neither the conductor have called me not i have received any sms regarding the bus number plate or driver number or location update. When I have called the upsrtc helpline, the person is saying that driver will not call you have to find the bus and board the bus at azamgarh depot.
