This was my first experience with upsrtc online which was bad ofcourse because i booked my ticket from Anand Vihar to Lucknow for dt. 30/04/2022, the amount (Rs. 2150) the ticket is booked but i cant received any acknowledgement message related platform or bus no. So i had reached at 9.00pm before (1h 30m). There none of local person either in booking counter or enquiry counter had interested in support or anyone tell about bus enquiry, then i called on consumer support no. i.e. ([protected]) please note* at 9.00pm..the executive told me your bus have will departs at 10.30pm from kaushambi bus stand which is on other side road, I asked him again, is it from kaushambi? He said yes, it is from Kaushambi. And 15 minutes before the bus departs, you will get a message of bus details.
then i went there and wait for bus and message.
Then after an hour at around 10.20 or 10.25
i again called on consumer support and asking about acknowledgement message ..the executive said you have to check with booking counter about the details at kaushambhi bus stand. Now I go there and asked- the counter person pointing in front and said that the bus that is standing, AC bus this will go, you go and sit. I went and sat down. But at 10.42 when conducter came and check tickets he said very rudely your booking is not in this bus..i told him the person at booking counter check my ticket and suggest about this bus..He didn't agree. Then I went to the booking counter again and told him that after seeing the ticket again, he is saying that your ticket is from another bus stand, you go there. Now at 10.50, I asked him that the bus must have left by now. He said no, go soon, you will get it, now ticket will be settling. Have to go straight to the Platform No. 73. I begged him and said that please if any driver, conductor or anyone's number If I get then I will cordinate with her. But did not show any interest in helping any kind, started shouting in reverse. Then I ran there and after going there I found out, There is no platform, counter or anything of No.73..
Then go to the booking counter there and find out, then it came to know that the bus has left.
I think they all fooled me.
So, Please help me and refund my money as soon as possible.
The online interface is also miscommunicating and not so user friendly.
You already have all call records, its my humble request, please cross check all and understand the public problems.
It is sad to see that people are not getting proper public services and thus moving towards private sector.
The website needs a lot of renovation and maintenance.
