Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Issue regarding refund initiation

I would like to state that my bus ticket got cancelled on 16 April 2021.
I did not commence the journey since bus trip was cancelled.

I would urge you to look into the matter and initiate the refund amount.
