I have booked ticket on 1/03/19 from Bareilly to Ghaziabad for date 24/03/19 . Money is deducted from my account and ticket is not booked. 13 days has passed but no refund is initiated. My username is Shaiphali. I have booked ticket through registered username i.e shaiphali. Even customer care are not even respond properly. There are just saying talk on another number.
