[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — money deducted but not received tickets

The money is deducted with proof is given below (Bank sms):-

Sbidrcard x9745 used for rs1539.00 on 05jul19 at 70013815 txn#[protected] if not done by u fwd this sms to 922300xxx or call 180011xxxx to block ur card

But i did not get tickets. At that time, i called the upstrc customer support, they did not pick up.

Tickets details:-
Haldwani to delhi on 5th july, 2019 at 23:05 pink express bus.

Refund the above transaction to same account details asap.
