Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Money deducted but ticket not issued nor refunded

I had made an upi payment of 509 to book a ticket in Janrat bus at around 6:00 a.m. on 22 jan 2023.
Money was deducted but ticket was not issued.
Conductor said the money will be refunded, so he issued us manual tickets.
Kindly help to get my ticket payment refunded which was made using upi.
