Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Money deducted in bank but ticket not booked

I was booking the ticket from Pilibhit to kaushambi on 11th April. While doing the payment choosed UPI option, I approved the payment and it is deducted from my account, but the UPSRTC website it's keep on waiting for response and suddenly got expired and my ticket not booked.
