I was booking the ticket from Pilibhit to kaushambi on 11th April. While doing the payment choosed UPI option, I approved the payment and it is deducted from my account, but the UPSRTC website it's keep on waiting for response and suddenly got expired and my ticket not booked.

Bank Name: Kotak bank
UPI transaction successful from bank but ticket not booked in UPSRTC website.
