Username - Prateek19051 Hello I have booked ticket two times from Alambagh to Anand Vihar on 14 March through upsrtc online portal but my money got deducted and the ticket didn't get booked and yet i didnt get the refund till yet. I have contacted on their number but no response and also mail them but still no response from their side. I am attaching the bank statement for both the deduction. 1st transaction amount is Rs.1314.
