Sir/madam i am travelling volvo bus from dehradun to new delhi timing morning 9:30 am which can reach delhi at 3:30 pm.this bus cant reach timely at delhi and my train is leaved at station. bus can reach at 5:00 pm... now what should i do...now i have no more other option.the bus belongs to UPSRTC...Please tell me what should i do with company i want my money back of my tickets.
