On 28.4.2018 we a family of 10 members travelled by haldwani to delhi ac bus mentioned above. The bus broke down at rampur (79 kms from haldwani). We had to reach delhi by buying fresh ticket. Till date the fare for partial cancellation not refunded by upsrtc despite reminders. Complaint lodged in redressal portal on 14.05.18 is not attended yet... Was this information helpful? | |||||
