My name is atin srivastsva i booked a ticket on 6th march 2021 from lucknow to sakthinagar from my upsrtc id atin101. And the amount got failed 2 times but the amount has not been refunded till now. Very poor service by upsrtc have mailed many times but no reply even. They said it will be refunded in 7 To 10 days but it's 15 days still no refund I have mailed many times and attached the screenshot but still no help has been given Was this information helpful? | |||
