I had booked tickets on 19 Oct, 2021 at 10:29pm. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the tickets the next day in the morning.

I have yet not received the refund amount, ₹1692.
I, therefore, request you to help me get my refund amount as soon as possible.
