Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Refund Not Received for a Cancelled Ticket

I booked a ticket on 14th March from Alambagh to Anand vihar for journey date of 19th March. I cancelled that ticket on 16th March and got a message that cancellation is successful and amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. It has been almost a month i have not received my refund. They always say that you will get it in 5-7 days. Please help in getting my refund.
