Respected Ma'am\|sir, Warm welcome, sir I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Bareilly through the upsrtc website on March 21, 2021. Due to some technical error, my balance had been deducted but the ticket didn't confirm. I have done so many emails for a refund but neither get a reply nor a refund yet. Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [UPSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 28, 2021 Updated by Tanveer25 I don't get a refund yet. but on the portal, it is showing that the complaint has been resolved. how can be possible for you that without resolve the problem marked as resolved? Bcoz I don't get a penny of my deducted amount.
