Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Refund request is not being registered

I booked two tickets, as guest account from www.onlineupsrtc.co.in, from Sitapur to Kaushambi for an AC bus (Janarath, departure 8pm on[protected]. Payment and booking was successful. The payment was done via Paytm app. The time of booking was 1806hrs on Feb 25, 2022.

But I didn't get tickets neither on my mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com nor my phone number [protected]. I used this email and contact for booking.
After calling upsrtc i got the ticket and seat numbers.

Later on Feb 27, 2022, I reached the Sitapur Bus Station with my brother at around 1942 hrs. But conductor departed along with the bus from Sitapur 30 minutes early, at 1930 hrs, before the scheduled departure (scheduled departure - 2000 hrs).

I reached Sitapur bus station 15-20 mins early of scheduled departure time. I kept waiting. I kept calling helpline, none has any idea of that bus. Somehow I got the bus conductor number at 2100 hrs. The conductor, on call, told me shamelessly that he had left Sitapur 30 mins early than scheduled departure.

At 2145 hrs I and my brother boarded another bus to Kaushambi. I had to pay again.

Due to negligence o[censored]psrtc agents and the shameless conductor, I am suffered a loss of time and money. Apart from this loss, it is a horrible experience and mental harassment too.

Even the upsrtc agent did cut call on my face, the conductor also did cut my call and was not even picking my call after realising that he has left online booking passengers at Sitapur.

Later i tried calling to get refund but upsrtc agent refused even to register a complain. Initially one upsrtc agent told me to get bus number first, then they can register the complain. I somehow got the number. I called upsrtc agent again but this time they refused to register complain or request for refund despite i had the number of the bus which left early on Feb 27, 2022.

FYI, the tickets IDs i booked are:
1. 0000F47188
2. 0000F4718D

I have all calls recorded. If needed i can reproduce the calls done by me to upsrtc agents. Also please find the screenshot of mail i sent to UPSRTC and payment receipt.

What I want:
1. Refund of course
2. Unless the UPSRTC site is working properly, it should not be online. I request UPSRTC to do a bit of functional and regression testing before putting it online. I am a software developer, i[censored]psrtc don't have good developers, i am happy to help.
3. Apology from upsrtc for being neglectfully aware of the situation.

I didn't got any call or any contact from UPSRTC. Please help. This forum only bulwark for consumers. My problem is still not resolved, even no resolution started.
