Deateam, My father's journey was dated on 29.8.19 from alambagh (Lucknow) to mathura but on this day the bus was cancelled and the person told that refund would be on 7 to 10 working days but still i have not get any refund. So now i want to know about refund status. I have attached ticket for the same. Kindly do the needful for the same.
