Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Regarding refund of ticket not received even after 17 days

I was booking tkts for 24th march 12pm from lucknow to agra in bus janrath 2*2

The money was debited from my account on 23rd march.. Total Rs 684 debited and tkts were not booked
Booking was made in the name of Akanksha Verma

It has been 17 days now and still i have not received any refund, neither they respond on phone nor on email, upsrtc has cheated me for rs 684,
