I booked a Ticket online from UPSRTC site on 17.03.2021 for two passengers from Delhi to Sitapur(U.P.). Transaction No:[protected] Ticket No:15544205 PNR No:XSTP[protected] Date of Journey:17.03.2021 Boarding Time:17.03.2021.22.35.Jan Rath When I reached Kaushambi Bus Station it was informed by the concerned staff that the said bus is cancelled and you will get refund in 3-4 days.. I completed my journey after great inconvenience as it was urgent to attend a FUNERAL of my relative. I regret to inform you that till date no refund received. You are requested kindly to expedite the same and REFUND the amount of Rs.1586/ at an early date.
