Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Smart card not working in some buses

Dear sir/mam
I have an upsrtc smart card for travelling in buses o[censored]psrtc . but that card is not working in most of buses, in that case conductor says that its not working now give me money or stay down from the bus. It happens with me a lot of times. There are so many problems I have against upsrtc. Please register this complaint and justice as soon as possible.
