Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — The balance has been deducted but the ticket is not booked

I was trying to book 2 seats for the journey from sitapur to kaushambi, for which i have paid Rs.1618. The balance has been deducted from my account but i didn't receive any confirmation or any ticket for that. Please help me to get the refund.
