Please see the trailing mail. I was supposed to travel to etawah from agra isbt on[protected] with bearing pnr number xetw[protected]. But the bus service was cancelled. Refund amount not recieved. I am not sure what else i might be missing toget amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com.
Already i filed a complient on upsrtc grievance cell with docket no.

Is gtrrm00056688 on[protected]. But didnt get any reply from upsrtc
