Hello, This is to bring to your notice that I booked 2 tickets from the Upsrtc official website from Aligarh to Noida on 12 March 2021 but the ticket was never booked yet the amount was deducted from my account. Below is the attached bank screenshot for your reference of the amount deducted (1602rs) from my debut card. Please help in providing the refund for the same. Thankyou.
