Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Ticket price refund issue

I have cancelled my 2 tickets of volvo bus from Delhi Kashmere Gate to haridwar. Details of both the tickets are listed below.

Dear Passenger Your ticket is confirmed and PNR is[protected]B57 dated:[protected]:30:00 Boarding: KASHMIRI GATE and Alightment at HARIDWAR Seat:1 with Seat Number:36 Fare:663.00-ASLIND

I haven’t received refund amount of any of the tickets. Please look into the matter carefully, it has already been more than 20 days since cancellation. Such carelessness is not expected from the governing bodies o[censored]PSTRC.
