My following bookings has been cancelled by your end (UPSRTC) but the money is yet to be refunded.

and the following bookings were cancelled by me, but the refund has not been initiated yet

It has been more than 10 days since the cancellations, yet the refund has not been initiated. Your customer care phone numbers are of no use as they are busy all the time.

Kindly initiate the refund of my cancellations and oblige.
