Hello, I booked my ticket from nzm sarai kale khan isbt to mathura for 26th March but due to kisaan andolan Bharat band it got cancelled from upsrtc side so I asked upsrtc customer care helpline representative for refund, so he said within 7 days I will get my refund but today is almost 14th day and I didn't get any refund yet.
