Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — upsrtc ticket refund not received

I booked a ticket on upsrtconline.co.in from kaushambi to bareilly satelite on 5th october 2018. The bus service was cancelled when i reached the bus depot. I had to take another bus and was told that the ticket amount of rs 934 would be refunded. The refund amount has not come to my account. The details of the ticket attached are below:
