Dear sir I am inderajeet kumar chaudhary, i have completed my intermediate in 2014 with up board (D a v narang intermediate college ghughuli district-maharaj ganj, uttarpradesh pin-273151). But i got certificate with wrong spelling in name. So that i need to correct this. But i do not know what document to be required at varanasi regional office. I have send two times mail and so many time acll there but nothing response from there. So i request you please provide the information regarding which documents required and how to apply.
