This is to complain regarding the below two service requestes made on aktu portal Ssa[protected] And Ssa[protected] I have submitted my request on 09th july and made the payment on same day. I have requested for my 2nd year marksheet and transcript for the 4 semesters of mba. I have wrote 3-4 times email but did not getting any response. My immigration request is getting delayed due to this only. As i live in ghaziabad, it is not possible for me to come lucknow again and again.
