V-Guard — Worst customer care service

I bought a V Guard digital Inverter UPS last year.2 weeks it had a problem. It didn't work. I registered my complaint on 9/4/2015.The customer care person told me their technician would contact me soon. But on contacted me. again I called the customer care and they sent an sms and a new service request number. On 20/4/2015, I received an sms saying that my SR no has been succesfully closed! on that day I again called them, They didn't come. Again I called them on 21/4/2015 and today 22/4/2015.What kind of customer care is this?very terrible and extremely disappointing
