I have purchased stabilizer of v-guard made bearing capacity vew 500 plus from future electronics - lg shopee railway road shiva ji chowk nanak nagar jammu vide invoice no 1312 dated 30/05/2018. Still after installations the item created sound i immediately called on toll free no provided by concerned but no one bother about it hence i left no other option to put my grievance before you to sort out the issue please.

I bought a V Guard digital Inverter UPS last year.2 weeks it had a problem. It didn't work. I registered my complaint on 9/4/2015.The customer care person told me their technician would contact me soon. But on contacted me. again I called the customer care and they sent an sms and a new service request number. On 20/4/2015, I received an sms saying that my SR no has been succesfully closed! on that day I again called them, They didn't come....

I have purchased v-guard geyser (15 Lt) under exchange scheme in the month of Nov.2009.

I placed order through news paper advertisement and the geyser was installed on through Pancham electricals, Rajouri Garden, Delhi.

At the time of installation I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE BILL, STATING THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT DIRECTLY THROUGH COURIER FROM THE COMPANY/THROUGH THE DEALER.
