V-Mart — complaint against misbehavior of manager mr. karnveer singh v-mart nawanshahr punjab gharshankar road

Dear sir,
Two items were purchased on may 05, 2018 time 21:24pm from nawanshahr punjab show room bill no:[protected]
Phone no [protected]. The jeans size doesn't fit me and i need to exchange but the person refused to exchange and his behavior was bad with me as i am regular costumer of v - mart. He told that you picked form sale so you are not allowed to exchange but it was it was written at the back of bill that we can exchange with in 15 days of purchased.
So kindly take required action.
