V — Men travelling in the Ladies Special on Harbour Line

Could the Railways Authorities take serious action against the men (I wouldn't call them gents, they are definitely not worth it) who travel by the Ladies Special on Harbour Lines when they are not supposed to. Ladies find it so difficult to travel and these men are so rude, abusive. On top of that, even if the railway police men are travelling in the same train and the ladies ask to take action, he turns a deaf ear. Is this the protection the Railways Authorities had spoken about sometime back that would be given to the Ladies. Wah re, India!!!
